Sijya – Do I Know (Rachika Nayar Edit)

Sijya is part of a wider wave of artists reshaping the underground coming out from Asia right now, and the backing shows it: BBC 6Music, Bandcamp’s New & Notable, DJ Mag, Mixmag, Rinse.fm, NTS and Worldwide.fm have all put weight behind her work.

This one’s a rework. Rachika Nayar, the ambient guitarist known for stretching tracks into something more expansive than their original shape, takes on Sijya’s “Do I Know” for a new edit, out now via One Little Independent Records.
